Women's Group Wellness Program

Practice self-care in 2012 by enrolling in the Women's Group Wellness Program.

Reach your health goals this year with the support of a certified health coach AND the support of a group of women who are motivated to achieve their own health goals. 

You will*: 
• Set and define personal health goals
• Discover healthy and appropriate exercise
• Eat for energy
• Discover new and healthy foods
• Learn tools to manage cravings
• Implement self-care routines
• Learn how food affects your mood
• Eat mindfully
• Discuss how relationships affect our health
• Learn about healthy convenience foods
• Apply Ayurvedic concepts
• Set intentions to achieve life goals

(*topics may include some or all of the above list depending on interest of the group and time constraints)

The Women's Wellness Group will meet every other week over a 3-month period.

When:  Thursday, February 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. through April 12.
